Introducing Avisolve Oral Mite Treatment 125ml Ivermectin. This revolutionary product is both a treatment and preventative, use this treatment.

For Treatment of:

Feather Mites, Skin Mites, Other Mites, Lice and Worms.

Versatile Application:

Avisolve Oral serves as both an oral treatment (in drinking water) and an external treatment (in bathing water and applied directly) to combat mites, lice, and worms (except tapeworms).

Safe for All Ages:

Suitable and safe for pigeons of all ages, Avisolve Oral does not harm young birds or affect fertility.

Oral Use Dilution:

Follow the recommended oral use dilution guidelines for optimal results:

  • 2.5ml per litre of water
  • 3ml per 1200ml of water
  • 5ml per 2000ml of water
  • 6ml per 2400ml of water
  • 9ml per 3600ml of water
  • 10ml per 4000ml of water Each 125ml of Avisolve Oral – Ivermectin Water Treatment makes 50 litres of treatment water. Prepare a fresh solution daily and provide it first thing in the morning. Avoid pre-mixing for multiple days, as Avisolve Oral is most effective within 8 hours after mixing. During treatment, refrain from providing any other water or food sources.

Treatment Schedule:

Follow the recommended treatment schedule:

  • Week 1: Supply Avisolve Oral on days 1, 2, and 3.
  • Weeks 2, 3, and 4: Supply Avisolve Oral on days 1 and 2 only.

Infections and Symptom Relief:

Infections and symptoms should start to subside after 2-3 days of treatment. If symptoms persist, seek veterinary advice.

Monthly Preventative Treatment:

After completing the initial four-week treatment, Avisolve can also be used monthly as a preventative measure:

  • Adult birds: one day each month
  • Young birds and adult birds during the moult: two consecutive days each month

External Use:

Utilize Avisolve Oral for topical administration, controlling external parasites such as mites and lice. During days of oral treatment, offer baths with diluted Avisolve Oral as birds drink from all available water sources.

Scaly Face and Scaly Leg Treatment:

For scaly face and scaly leg, apply undiluted Avisolve Oral Anti-Parasite directly to the affected areas using cotton wool once a week for three weeks. If the bird is also receiving oral treatment, administer both treatments on the same day. Symptoms should improve within 2-8 weeks, but results may become noticeable after leg scales have next moulted.

Safety Precautions:

  • Keep out of reach and sight of children.
  • For animal treatment only.
  • Store below 25 degrees Celsius.
  • Use within 3 months after breaking the package seal. Dispose of empty packaging and remaining product in household refuse.
  • Do not use in animals other than those indicated. Serious reactions, including deaths, have been reported in dogs (especially Collies, Old English Sheepdogs, and related breeds), tortoises, and turtles treated with products containing the active substance. Avoid use in tortoises or turtles.
  • This veterinary medicine is marketed in accordance with the Small Animal Exemption Scheme.
